Thinking of Losing Polar Beat App for iOS
I was a fan of the RC3 GPS Watch for a while and they discontinued it, so I wanted an experience that was similar to my RC3 watch, so I decided I would try the Polar Beat App with my new Apple Watch...
It doesnt have the same robust information about elevation and such like my old Polar RC3 watch did, but what I knew I could depend on was that all my workouts were being synced + saved after I spent so much time investing myself fully on this platform.
Then the most awful thing happens--they stopped syncing my workouts to Polarpersonaltrainer.com and I had to manually sync all my workouts over to Polar Flows iOS app, but it doesnt really fully support the Polar Beat app.
The second thing I am frustrated by is although my workouts are being tracked, the app doesnt write the active calorie data to the Apple Health. Apple Health will show You how many calories you burned in Polar Beat under exercise but it doesnt apply those calories to the active calorie area. Its like the app doesnt have sufficient permission to write active calories data directly to the active calories portion of Apples Health app.
So disappointed in the lack of support for your products.
