Bardzo dobrze zaprojektowana aplikacja dla osób aktywnych sportowo. Świetny interfejs, powiązanie z portalem internetowym, możliwość lansu w sieciach społecznościowych. Dobra współpraca z pulsometrem i opaską.
Dose now work with my polar strap
Aplikacja dobra ale brakuje kilki funkcji ktore sa w innych darmowych aplikacjach np Sport tracker. . Strona firmy polar nie pozwala importowac treningow z innych aplikacji, programow.
Sensor HR mimo ze jest połączony to program go nie widzi i nie chce go sparować
Os9 iPhone 6plus.
To obniża jej funkcjonalność do minimum. Kupiłem, ale żałuję!
Nie działa z H7 !!!!!!!! Iphone 6s
I would like to ask what the heck? Bunch of other activities but no treadmill walking in your app? 😒
I just want a reliable heart rate monitor. Polar wants to aggressively intrude itself into every aspect of my personal exercise program and to take over my exercise routine. I DON’T want to share every aspect of my life or their advice or their programs or anything else….just give me a simple reliable heart rate monitor. Allow those who just want that to have that and give us the ability to deactivate all the junk they want to foist on us!!
Very hard to get a simple heart rate reading
In iOS, the graph line is red and so is the zone 5 background, making it literally invisible.
I love using my H10, but it’s much too hard to pair when I want to use it. C’mon, Polar Beat, does it really have to be this hard?!?!
Inconsistent connection between strap and polar app. I now have to buy an Apple watch to get accurate HR monitoring
Does not have strength training or weightlifting. Everything is listed as other so it makes it easy to select the wrong activity. This didn’t used to be a problem.
I’ve owned this HRM for several years. Except when the battery needs replacing, it has always given me dependable results. Whether I’m on a stationary bike, on the road riding, or running through the woods it has performed well. 😎👍
I’m a longtime user of Polar heart monitors — but their app is a perfect example of unintuitive mess!! If (like me) you use a treadmill and a brisk pace with incline you won’t find any sport that approximates this on the app. Why??? And I can’t even edit the app to include it. IDIOTS!!!!
How the **** is a workout app going to constantly pause the audio playing on the phone? I’m not talking about just while the polar app is talking, I have to exit out of the app and manually restart my music, and it stops again as soon as I open the polar app. Fix it.
Had the product for 5 years and no problems. Stopped measuring heart rate, but everything else works. App pops up saying to use heart rate, but won’t measure it. No answers from company. Time for a switch.
It would be nice to control more from an Apple Watch and there is no workout for indoor row.
This a great tool if serious about keeping track of your training.
Stopped recognizing my polar heart rate monitor
Doesn’t support multiple sensors. Seems like the simplest thing in the world. But it can’t do it.
I’ve been using this app for years and it continues to make me happy. I track my heart rate on almost every exercise and workout that I do and it never fails. Highly recommend.
I have been using Polar since the 90s, it’s the best.
Device pairs nicely within the app. Awesome realtime stats to push your workouts to the next level!

Can’t even get it set up on my cellular iPhone watch.or iPhone. Very disappointing.
HRM works awesome for bout a week then loses connectivity with the app. When/if you re establish you will have multiple devices in the Bluetooth settings. Completely unreliable
Polar Beat has the best graph of heart rate that I have seen among the myriad training apps that I use.
I have been using this app and the H10 monitor for 10+ years. I exercise on the elliptical cross trainer 3-4 times a week for 30 minutes. I just turned 83 and I am in overall very good health.
Horrible on so many levels, blog in the middle Of the app, does not sync. No custom workouts. Could write an essay on how bad the UX is. Pathetic
I absolutely love this app and the band. It was a little tough to set up at first, but once that was all figured out, it has been my favorite fitness product. I’ve had mine for about 4 years and it still works great.
You should be able to delete different types of workouts, you can only add Overall - a great app!
Hard to connect chest strap to app, only works part of the time, app is a little disorganized and not intuitive.
I love this app. I’ve been using it with the H10 for years. I recently bought the Verity Sensor but the app will only allow one HR sensor connection. So in order to use the verity I have to disconnect the H10 and connect the verity. I have to do this every time I want to use a different sensor.
New to the HR sensor and device. Instructions are poor and it’s difficult to pair with phone and watch. Wish it was more user friendly.
This app is very inconsistent with what gets synced to Apple Health. I use a Polar H10 to track workouts. I have tracked workouts via the app and have also downloaded workouts from my H10. Though Polar Flow will accurately show heart rate and heart rate zones, that data does not always sync to Apple Health. This behavior is not consistent and Polar Flow exhibits similar behavior. Not the end of the world, I guess, but it is very frustrating
Before you can create an account you have to agree to share every detail of your health information and personal information. No thanks.
I’ve owned this HRM for over one year and it is the connectivity to the device has completely deteriorated during that time. I’ve had to reset it and delete/re-upload the app multiple times in order for it to function, only for it to fail to connect to the HRM device again. The connectivity drops mid-activity and yes, I do wear it very firmly and correctly. Very disappointed as I bought Polar because it was always the gold standard in HRM tech. Doesn’t seem to be the case anymore.
I’ve changed the batteries so many times and it connects one day and the. Not available to pair the next on this app eh. It is showing in other devices!
It’s amazing that it’s so hard re-sync phone-watch-chest strap evertime I need to change the battery. Spend that much money on something you tried to believe in only to be disappointed! I’m glad you are doing so well you can lose customers. I’m switching…
Bought the H10 because previous model no longer pairing. Wasted money; the H10 won’t pair with the app (even though my Bluetooth device connects). Tech support is limited to faq’s that are so basic as to be laughable. The website even makes product returns invisible. If you like throwing money away Polar is your man!
Many times this fails to pair with heart rate monitor. Often it fails to record distance. I suspect the developers spend most of their time trying to collect and sell users personal heath data. I regret purchasing the heart rate monitor
Seems to run slow. Can’t string workouts together. There are TONS of workouts but you have to either scroll through them or guess what they are named. No real indicator as to what makes similar workout different (ie ebike vs mtb). Customer service is short with responses and not interested in taking feedback to improve the app.
I have used this app for years. All features are great except one: app does not provide voice notification when heart rate crossed into red zone. Although it notifies you on green (Burning fat) and yellow (Improving fitness) zones. But not red one. Why? Is not it equally important? Thus I cannot run and just listen to music but rather keep phone in the hand and constantly monitor. Frustrated. Just recently I started running again after long period of recover
This app is a amazing way to track your health and heart rate
I like it. The HR reading seems a little off since I’ve had to replace the battery over time.
Great app, I only wish I can customize the heart rate zones.
I have used Polar HR products off and on for 40 years. The H-10 and the app are the best products so far. You can save, review and ponder your efforts. Polar, keep up the good work
The heart monitor stops working a lot
Another request for Lock Screen widget to show heart rate and distance. I don’t see any developments to the app UI: but I might as well add a feature request. Please add a lockscreen widget to display heart rate. Let us edit the list of sports and remove the ones I never use. Remember the sport I used last time. ———- This app has had ZERO UI improvements in years. The iPad version is a zoomed in phone version. Doesn’t work in landscape mode, PIP. Many of use the iPad version on stationary bikes and treadmills. Now that we can have on-screen widgets in iOS, give a widget that will always display my hr on the screen.
Simply will not pair. I see the device in my BT but app will not pair to it
A main function just started to not work. The Press & Hold function no longer works on my Watch Series 9 w/latest OS and my iPhone 13 has latest OS too. Definitely an App issue from Polar!
This is an incredibly disappointing app. My polar H100 keeps malfunctioning. I’m trying to re-pair it with the phone. the UI is not intuitive. You have to keep going to YouTube to figure out how to make it work. Incredibly underwhelming.
I had problem linking it, wish it was easier to move thru
Useless product. Formerly great company that lost its way. Will try Garmin product next.
