Well, the app actually opens now...but will not pair to my H7. NOT compatible with iOS 9 yet. UPDATE - App works as before, as of September 22.

This is a real disappointment especially after buying all the extra features the app offered. Please update the app.

It’s still not compatible with IOS 9. I can’t pair with my H7, but I can see that my H7 is working on the Health application. So the problem is with the Polar App. I’m tired of this sh**

Worked perfect for me before I updated my iPhone 5 to IOS 9 a few weeks ago…now it can’t find my sensor when attempting to pair. It says it is “searching” and then a giant exclamation mark appears on the screen. Very disappointed. Using Mapmyrun instead.

It’s horrible when the app doesn’t work with H7 - you start switching batteries, straps, driving to store for new batteries. The H7 was paired OK according to iPhone 6. Then I realized that Id absent-mindedly updated the app just before failures. Third party app works fine, need to find permanent replacement because this is the second time the app has driven me crazy.

The iPhone can connect to the H7 Bluetooth heart rate monitor. The HRM works in Strava but the Polar app does not see it.

The update of the last version is not able to be installed on my iPhone.

App will go to Apple home screen when selecting Start or Settings to sync H7. So its useless at this point and time.

h7 hasnt worked since last update , h7 works with other apps though

It’s work now that the way to take H7 heart rate sensor needs to be paired directly in the Polar Beat app. If you have paired the heart rate sensor in the iOS settings, Beat app is unable to use it. Please remove sensor pairing from iOS settings and pair the sensor directly in the Beat app. Remove Polar H7 heart rate sensor pairing from iOS settings Close Polar Beat app. Go to Settings > Bluetooth > MY DEVICES. If H7 sensor is mentioned on the list, tap i icon and select Forget This Device. If you cant see i after Connected/Not connected 1. Disable Bluetooth on your iOS. 2. Reboot the iOS device. 3. Enable Bluetooth and follow the steps above. To pair H7 heart rate sensor with Polar Beat iOS Wear H7 sensor. Open Polar Beat app on your iOS device. Go to Settings > General > HR sensor. Pair the sensor

Impossible de brancher hart sensor H7 présentement

Since the last 2 updates H7 dont work anymore. I cant use the app. Please correct this...

This app is brutal, was just trying to use the heart monitor and it wont pair. It connects through my phone but when I try to pair it it just sits there with an exclamation mark. Frustrating.

In order to pair on ios 9, you must not pair in the ios bluetooth settings screen. Yes, you turn on your bluetooth, but then you go into the app and pair directly in the app. I had trouble the first two workouts, but found out on the Polar website. Enjoy!!!

Latest version says it fixes the bug to connect H7 but still doesnt work

Having hard time pairing after the update, but removing the pairing at Blutooth/General phone settings and pairing it directly in Polar App. It worked great. Try it now and enjoy your workout.

My iPhone was the only device I used my h7 with so it is now useless. Thanks a lot.

Issue has been recognized for awhile. Time to resolve it!!!!

Its really really disappointing I was super excited when I seen this great idea very poorly done thou! Cant even use my h7 waste of money.. Should have asked around first if the app even worked Ill deffiently warn ppl before buying..
